  • Work with the VistA SME in the creation of a robust, scalable program, leveraging Synthea and other advanced tools, to automate the creation of contextually relevant test data to be loaded into CPRS VistA.
  • Ensure the test data created reflects the clinical decision use cases identified within the CDSC program for the VA healthcare system.
  • Spearhead the implementation of data versioning and tracking mechanisms, meticulously managing changes in test data over time to meet the dynamic CDSC landscape.
  • Craft data archiving and restoration processes, strategically designed for CDSC.
  • Develop and implement test data management strategies and policies to ensure efficient and effective use of test data resources.
  • Create user-friendly reports and documentation, focusing on stakeholder identified metrics and standards, to drive excellence in cross-training, collaboration, and usage.
  • Extend expert support to CDSC teams in diagnosing and resolving test data-related challenges during testing.
  • Work with the CDSC security team experts to ensure the test data strategy and program adheres to VA regulations, with meticulous care and diligence.

  • Exceptional problem-solving and communication skills.
  • A knack for collaborative teamwork in a dynamic, cross-functional environment.

Preferred:
  • Knowledge and hands-on experience with CPRS and VA healthcare systems is highly coveted.
