Nextiva is seeking a highly organized and strategic Channel Marketing Manager of Demand Agency Services to join our team. In this role, you will serve as a project manager responsible for overseeing our comprehensive "menu" of demand generation services for our partners. Your role will be critical in ensuring that these services are properly scoped, executed, managed, and measured to drive customer demand and contribute to the success of our partners.

In this role, you will work closely with internal teams and third-party companies to deliver high-quality demand-generation services for our partners. You will oversee the entire process, from planning and execution to measurement and optimization, ensuring that all services meet the highest standards and deliver the desired outcomes. Your ability to manage multiple projects, coordinate with various stakeholders, and analyze data to improve service delivery will be key to your success in this role.

Responsibilities

  • Service Management: Oversee the management and execution of Nextiva’s demand generation services, ensuring they are properly scoped, executed, and managed to meet partner needs and drive customer demand.
  • Project Coordination: Coordinate with internal teams and third-party companies to deliver high-quality demand-generation services. Manage project timelines, deliverables, and resources to ensure successful execution.
  • Quality Assurance: Ensure all demand generation services meet the highest standards and deliver the desired outcomes. Monitor and measure the effectiveness of services, making data-driven decisions to optimize performance.
  • Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with partners to understand their needs and provide the necessary support and resources to help them succeed. Maintain clear and consistent communication with all stakeholders.
  • Process Improvement: Continuously improve the scope, execution, and management of demand generation services by analyzing performance data and feedback. Implement best practices to enhance service delivery.
  • Reporting and Analysis: Provide regular reports on the performance of demand generation services. Use data to track progress, identify areas for improvement, and make informed decisions.
  • Vendor Management: Manage relationships with third-party companies providing demand-generation services. Negotiate contracts, manage budgets, and ensure vendors deliver high-quality services on time and within budget.

Qualifications

  • Educational Background: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Project Management, or a related field.
  • Experience: 5+ years of experience in project management, marketing, or a related role, preferably within the Telecom or SaaS industry.
  • Technical Skills: Strong knowledge of project management tools and methodologies. Experience with CRM and marketing automation systems such as Salesforce and HubSpot.
  • Analytical Abilities: Strong data analysis and reporting skills. Proven track record of using data to drive decisions and optimize performance.
  • Communication Skills: Exceptional written, verbal, and presentation skills. Ability to communicate complex ideas clearly and persuasively.
  • Project Management: Proven project management skills with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously and meet competing deadlines.
  • Interpersonal Skills: Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to establish positive relationships with team members, partners, and vendors.
  • Adaptability: Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, results-driven environment and adapt to changing business needs.

Compensation, Rewards & Benefits:

The salary or hourly wage offered by Nextiva to external candidates considers a wide range of factors, including but not limited to skills sets, experience, training, licensure and certifications, etc. Our compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. Our estimate of the expected hiring range for the position as posted is $82,000 - $127,970. A different level in the job hierarchy may apply to a specific candidate resulting in a different hiring range.
