Job description

Our client is seeking a dynamic Change Management Consultant to join their team on a part-time basis (20 hours/week) through the end of 2024. This is a remote contract that primarily supports Eastern time zone.

As a Change Management Consultant, you will be a strategic thinker with a strong intellectual curiosity, excited about deploying emerging technologies that will dramatically change how people work. You will challenge the status quo of how companies embarking on transformation think about the impact of improvement initiatives on customer experience and the people delivering the experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Leading and delivering upon client business
  • Performing qualitative and quantitative assessments of change success and change adoption
  • Developing strategies to address client challenges, risks, or gaps
  • Applying behavioral tools to assess the impact of change on organizations
  • Growing and deepening meaningful relationships and trusted partnerships
  • Acting as a coach for senior leaders and executives in helping them fulfill the role of sponsor for the change
  • Defining and measuring success metrics and monitoring change progress
  • Identifying and managing anticipated resistance to change
  • Designing materials for client workshops and sessions
  • Facilitating meetings and workshops
  • Coaching teams, leaders, and senior executives


Ideal Candidate Profile:

  • 5-7 years of experience with change management
  • Experience in a client-facing role at a consulting firm or agency
  • Strong presentation and facilitation skills
  • Experience with organization & culture design, and DEI
  • Experience with process and technology implementations
  • Prosci or similar change management certification or designation is preferred
