The Hilb Group is currently seeking a motivated and ambitious Accounts Receivables Manager to join our team. This position will report to our agency located in Richmond, VA. The ideal candidate will be motivated to succeed, is well organized, able to prioritize, and able to work well with a team. This is a remote position.

Responsibilities:

Manage the SSC Agency Bill Accounts Receivables team of 10 Associates.
Manage team workloads
Ensure all AR production is processed timely and accurately, certifying the AR team is sufficiently staffed and adequately trained, and provide metrics to report on performance.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration or related field
Previous managerial or leadership experience directly managing people
5+ years of experience in accounts receivable, billing, or collections, preferably within the insurance or financial services industry
Ability to analyze & manage large amounts of data to generate reports & identify trends
Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
Capacity to both lead and contribute effectively in cross-functional team collaborations
Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
