Job Title: Administrative Assistant
Location:
 Remote (CST Time zone)
Salary Range: up to 1700 USD

Work Schedule: Monday - Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM (CST)

Position Overview:

The Administrative Assistant will support a variety of administrative tasks, ensuring smooth operations and effective task management. This role includes managing data, reporting, and communication, while working on a range of administrative playbooks to meet organizational needs. The assistant will use internal tools and follow structured processes, adapting to various playbooks as required.

Key Responsibilities:

Data Management:

  • Assist with data verification for teachers, schools, and districts.
  • Perform data entry, validation, and reporting across internal systems.
  • Manage task lists and accountability using Asana and other internal tools.
  • Ensure accuracy in order and contract data for customers.

Administrative Playbooks:

  • Work on a variety of administrative playbooks to support different operational tasks.
  • Reference existing playbook examples and adapt tasks accordingly.

Communication:

  • Facilitate timely communication via email and during Zoom meetings.
  • Provide clear updates to team members and management.
  • Assist in reviewing order data for accuracy and collaborate with stakeholders for feedback.

General Administrative Tasks:

  • Use internal tools such as Google Apps, Notion, Slack, and Asana.
  • Support other administrative or miscellaneous tasks as needed.

Qualifications:

  • Familiarity with tools like Google Apps, Notion, Slack, and Asana, or the ability to quickly learn them.
  • Proficiency in Google Sheets.
  • Strong attention to detail, especially in managing data and reports.
  • Effective communication skills and excellent follow-through.
  • Ability to adapt to changing tasks and responsibilities.
  • Positive attitude and tech-savvy.
