As a Pricing Analyst II, you will be using your skills and expertise to review and summarize Requests for Proposal (RFP), Requests for Quote (RFQ), and Statements of Work (SOW) requirements to ensure our submittals are compliant with government contracting regulations. You will be assisting with maintaining a schedule for current and upcoming proposal activity, ensuring timely delivery of proposals to our customers, developing Cost Volumes in accordance with both RFP and FAR (Federal Acquisition Regulation) conditions, and reviewing all internal pricing inputs. You'll uphold our rationale for and ensure adherence to approved labor categories and non-labor accounts.

Responsibilities:
- Participates in proposal kick-off meetings, clearly defining pricing requirements/schedule to team members and actively follows up with team regarding proposal pricing progress to ensure accurate and timely submission of a proposal.
- Candidate should be a proactive contributor to proposal team, communicating issues/schedule slips as they arise to ensure proposals stay on schedule and maintains accuracy.
- Works closely with Contracts Manager to facilitate proposal approval process via ECRM and communicates progress.
- Provides pricing negotiations support as needed.
- Provides back up support to Pricing team as needed.
Must-haves:
Microsoft Word and Excel skills
Experience interpreting data of a technical/programmatic nature
Understanding of utilizing research and analysis methods

Preferred:
Knowledge of FAR, FAR Supplements, CAS (Cost Accounting Standards) and Government pricing
Self-starter and a problem solver; must have the ability to see the big picture and implement changes as required
Ability to work cross-functionally with both internal and external teams at all levels, including senior leadership in a highly collaborative, fast-paced environment
Background in the Aerospace and Defense Industry, the US Department of Defense or US Military
