Description


We are seeking a Google Workspace Administrator with a strong technical background in Google Workspace administration and troubleshooting. This customer-facing role requires exceptional problem-solving abilities and excellent communication skills to assist in resolving Google Workspace tickets and provide outstanding support.

Responsibilities:

  • Administer and manage Google Workspace (formerly G Suite) for our organization.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to Google Workspace tools and services.
  • Assist George in managing Google Workspace tickets, ensuring timely resolution of user requests and issues.
  • Provide exceptional customer service and support to end-users, ensuring satisfaction and smooth operations.
  • Collaborate with internal teams and stakeholders to address technical challenges.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of Google Workspace features, updates, and best practices.




Requirements


  • 2+ years of experience in Google Workspace administration.
  • Google Workspace certifications (e.g., Google Workspace Administrator, Google Workspace Deployment Specialist).
  • Strong technical skills in troubleshooting Google Workspace tools and services.
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Strong English communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to clearly explain technical solutions to customers and internal teams.
  • A customer-centric approach, with the ability to provide exceptional customer service.
  • Ability to work effectively as part of a team and collaborate with colleagues in a dynamic environment.

Preferred Qualifications (Advantage):

  • Knowledge of Google Cloud Platform (GCP).
  • Google Professional Engineer certification is a plus.
