You will provide financial planning, analysis and reporting for a variety of areas within our organization. You will help shape and lead simplification and closing activities and measuring performance of our overall business. You will help build initiatives for our Operational and Finance teams to improve visibility, system and tool adoption and business performance.
 

As a Senior Finance Manager, you will be responsible for:

  • Planning & cost optimization of global OFSE Information Technology (IT) and Technology (R&D) budgets
  • Leading continuous planning process for Functions and multiple Sub-Functions across the global business
  • Shaping accountability through establishing and tracking IT spend, Technology Programs across product lines.
  • Supporting Senior Executive leaders with financial analysis and forecasting that speed the decision making process
  • Simplifying how we work, collaborating with cross business unit teams within functions to deliver value for all stakeholders
  • Leveraging tools and data to deliver insight, faster that is scaleable drive Leading the financial closing process and ensuring close cooperation and coordination with both our Regional Finance and OTR teams
  • Identifying and contribute to initiatives that deliver value at scale

  • Have a Bachelor's degree or demonstrate equivalent, relevant work experience
  • Demonstrate substantial, proven and progressive controllership, financial planning, and analysis experience
  • Have dynamic interpersonal and communication skills
