About the Role:
The Sr. Regional Marketing Manager plans, organizes and executes field campaigns and programs that include in-person, virtual, and targeted activities across segments in the NAMER theater. The role will collaborate closely across the Marketing & Business organization and with Field and Channel sales teams to create and deliver marketing plans that deliver maximum impact through tailored activities - to generate new business and pipeline, drive cross sell/upsell opportunities, accelerate pipeline, and increase brand awareness - by marketing to and through strategic partnerships. This includes but is not limited to distributors, law firm partners, managed service providers and system integrators.
The ideal candidate should have proven experience building and developing large and complex programs, ABM/ABX targeted engagements, executing demand generation activities and delivering strong pipeline across the NAMER segments. This role must have strong communication skills, analytical capabilities, an in-depth understanding of the marketing mix, a solid understanding of lead management processes, and experience working cross-functionally with multiple stakeholders to drive the business.
You should be deeply proactive, self-driven, organized, capable of handling multiple projects at once, and comfortable dealing with ambiguity and rapidly changing priorities.
What You’ll Do:
Operate as a marketing business owner and regional business entrepreneur driving pipeline, new logo attainment, and revenue growth through your marketing programs for mid-market to enterprise segments
Be the voice of marketing in your region, enabling the field on global and theater level programs and engaging cross-functional subject matter experts to support your execution in your market
Own Stage 1 pipeline generation for your region through marketing mix and collaboration across Sales, SDR, Channels and Alliances to deliver a cohesive, cross-functional pipeline program across the region
Coordinate with regional campaigns and product marketing to redefine and develop relevant content and integrate calls to action across execution as applicable to your market
Work with the growth marketing and operations team to segment and target customers to drive customer behavior and sequenced tactic delivery from shared services
What You’ll Need:
Entrepreneurial self-starter with 12-15 years of progressive experience in developing demand and/or integrated marketing campaigns within high-tech B2B environment in a Senior Field Marketing Manager role
Previous support of field sales and partner organizations within the IT industry
Track record of implementing effective and creative marketing campaigns that generate new leads, opportunities and accelerate pipeline through deal registration
Experience in tracking ROI and analyzing marketing events, programs and metrics. Must be competent in reporting results and trends to sales and marketing leaders
Strong experience with live and digital marketing activities such as in-person trade shows and conferences, virtual events, lead generation, ABM and email nurture campaigns, etc. Successful management demonstrated with managing campaigns and live events from concept to post-event follow-up and lead management.
Individual contributor with experience managing localized, regional programs and budget that aligns with marketing, sales, and channel goals and objectives
Exceptional project management, organizational and interpersonal skills with ability to take initiative in a challenging, fast-paced environment with multiple priorities. Essential to work cross-functionally, manage multiple projects simultaneously, work on tight deadlines and deliver campaigns on schedule
Ability to scale and grow with an organization with a proven track record of working across marketing functional areas
Experience working with sales and channel teams to understand needs and integrate into Salesforce processes

CrowdStrike, Inc. is committed to fair and equitable compensation practices. The base salary range for this position in the U.S. is $120,000 - $200,000 per year + variable/incentive compensation + equity + benefits.
