Job description

· Bookkeeping: Accurately record financial transactions, encompassing purchases, sales, receipts, and payments, using Xero accounting software. Keep ledgers and journals precisely up to date.
· Bank Reconciliation: Reconcile bank statements promptly, ironing out any discrepancies. Vigilantly monitor and categorize business expenditures, ensuring adherence to financial policies.
· Assisting with weekly report preparation where required
· Assisting with month end report preparation, reconciliation and work papers where required

·  They are seeking someone who can also potentially transition to a full-time role.
