WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR?

The eRegulatory Customer Solutions Executive will work closely with our valued prospects and clients to identify and pursue new business opportunities. The eRegulatory Customer Solutions Executive will effectively present and demonstrate the RealTime Complion eRegulatory product to potential clinical research customers with exceptional quality and expertise.

WHAT WILL YOU BE DOING?

  • The eRegulatory Customer Solutions Executive is responsible for but not limited to the following duties: 
  • Generate and/or respond to leads; Follow-up to qualify, disqualify, nurture, and ultimately close opportunities. Expected lead gen activities include, but are not limited to:
    • Respond to requests for product overviews and demonstrations
    • Represent the Company at various industry trade shows and symposiums.
    • Cold calling and networking activities as required to close new business.
  • Cultivate new business and develop a market presence in the territory assigned.
  • Present online sales demonstrations of various RealTime platforms and products
  • Develop and respond to RFIs RFPs and pricing proposals within the Company's guidelines.
  • Maintain Sales pipeline and provide timely follow-up with potential leads; Maintain proper documentation of all communication within RealTime’s CRM system.
  • Negotiate agreement language with the potential client and/or legal counsel
  • Research, evaluate, and recommend new business solutions for current and potential customers
  • Work with Senior Leadership and other department managers to maximize attainment of territory goals and repeat business. 
  • Learn and understand RealTime’s go-to-market, key service offering, and sales strategies; be able to lead a walkthrough of RealTime’s standard corporate presentation with customers and prospects
  • Participate in and contribute to weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual sales and account planning meetings/calls.  
  • Monitor and report competitors’ marketing and sales activities and capabilities 
  • Communicate product or service opportunities and feedback gathered through customer outreach processes
  • Maintain compliance with company policies and procedures regarding the HIPAA Privacy Rule.  This role may view protected health information (PHI) as part of daily duties

 WHAT DO YOU NEED? 

  •  5+ years of successful software/services sales experience including consistent over-quota production.
  • 3+ years of experience within the clinical research industry, eRegulatory, or biotech field
  • Understanding of sales and marketing statistics, KPIs, and benchmarks
  • Knowledge of advertising and sales promotion techniques
  • Solid organizational, planning, and follow-up skills, including attention to detail, timely communications, and ability to multi-task
