We are seeking a talented and experienced Fullstack Developer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong mastery of C# and Angular, with experience in developing robust and scalable applications on both the front and back end.

Responsibilities:
- Apply your extensive experience in .NET (VB.Net/C#) to maintain, refactor, and improve systems while ensuring their continued stability and performance.
- Ability to work in existing codebases, with an eye towards modernization and long-term sustainability.
- Clearly articulate technical issues and solutions to both technical teams and non-technical stakeholders. Actively contribute to collaborative discussions and project planning.
- Leverage excellent interpersonal skills to foster productive working relationships, especially within an organization that might resist change.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams, including product managers, testers, and end-users, to align technical solutions with business needs.
- Utilize your expertise in Microsoft SQL Server to optimize database designs, manage performance, and troubleshoot issues.
- Engage in thorough code reviews, follow best practices in software design, and ensure that all work is properly tested and documented.
- Navigate a challenging organizational landscape with patience, persistence, and an ability to resolve issues constructively.

Requirements:
- Minimum 7 years of extensive experience working with .NET technologies, particularly VB.Net and C#.
- Experience with Windows Forms and ASP.Net.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to engage both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Proven ability to work in a complex organizational environment and manage relationships effectively.
- SQL Server database design and optimization experience.
- Experience working in Agile development teams.
- Experience with Visual Studio, GIT, and Jira.
- Excellent English language skills (written and verbal).

Familiarity with Azure (a strong plus).
