As Head of International Growth, you’ll lead and expand our team of country managers. You’ll be responsible for driving business and brand growth in our existing markets and expanding into new ones. Working closely with product and performance marketing teams, you’ll implement localized strategies to maximize impact across all key areas.

What You Will Do:
  • Lead and empower the country manager team to effectively execute marketing strategies and achieve key business objectives.
  • Set and oversee performance KPIs and investment strategies for each country. 
  • Monitor performance, identify trends, and adjust strategies through regular reporting and analysis.
  • Develop and implement a global expansion strategy by identifying and assessing potential new markets, creating entry strategies, and hiring new country managers as needed.
  • Initiate and oversee cross-departmental projects to ensure alignment and execution.
  • Act proactively with a "can-do" attitude to drive growth and achieve business targets.
  • Develop the country manager team, ensuring continuous professional growth and strong leadership across all markets.

  • What We Expect:
  • Experience in digital marketing and building marketing strategies (B2C SaaS performance marketing would be an advantage).
  • Strong analytical mindset and experience using data, customer insights, scenario modeling, plan preparation, and leading/overseeing the execution.
  • Business acumen and strategic thinking.
  • Leadership skills and experience in people management. 
  • Experience of 5+ years in a similar role or country management.
  • Fluency in English (any extra languages would be a benefit).
  • Ability and motivation to adapt in an environment of uncertainty and rapid growth.
