Job description

Position Overview:
RecruitGo is in search of an Estimator who will be working with our client based in the UK. Our client has over 30 years of thriving and learning within the industry about roof lights. They don’t only offer support from experts in the technical departments such as design, manufacturing, and distribution.

We are looking for someone innovative, empathetic, community-oriented, adaptable, and flexible. You should have great attention to detail, be a self-starter, and possess excellent communication skills in both written and verbal English.

Responsibilities:

Generate roof light quotes within Epicor for roofing/ builders/
Internet merchant
Use the Goldvision (CRM) dashboard to drive workload and activities
Ensure quotes are caveated to protect from risk
Ensure quotes are compliant with the tender specification
To generate and check quotes, via the survey app website
Communicating with the contracts team (install team) to assess
projects specific aspects required within quotes
Daily management of quote generation workload
Good housekeeping of drawings, quotes, and folder structures
Ensuring accuracy, competitiveness, and compliance of tenders
& quotes
Generate copy quotes as and when requested

Qualifications:

Degree qualified with a technical background
Use of Microsoft Office suite
Understanding of Customer Relationship Management (CRM) tool
Strong math/ numerical skills
Ability to work on own initiative
Ability to quickly understand processes and software programs
Financial awareness of costs
Team player
Accountable for own actions
Good communicator with strong attention to detail

Salary: 30,000 to 40,000 PHP. Salary is negotiable for the right candidate.
Work Set up: Temporary Work From Home, possibility to report on-site if needed
Work Schedule:
Monday through Friday (Proposed whilst training):
3:00 PM– 12:00 MN, 1 Hour of lunch break 7:00 PM – 8:00 PM
Monday through Friday (Proposed after Training)
11:00 AM – 8:00 PM ,1 Hour of lunch 3:00 PM – 4:00 PM
Schedule: 40 hours a week and 8 hours per day with one (1) hour lunch break
Working Device: Has his/her laptop or desktop, at least a good internet connection. The client will supply the software and tools to be used.
