Job description

We are seeking a passionate and driven Data Engineering Analyst to join our data team. The ideal candidate will support data analytics projects, leveraging Microsoft solutions to transform raw data into actionable insights that drive strategic decision-making.

As a Data EngineeringAnalyst at Nexer, you will have the opportunity to contribute to multiple projects and collaborate closely with both internal teams and clients across diverse industries. Your role will focus on understanding data needs, developing data-driven solutions, and ensuring that insights are delivered effectively to support business goals.

We're looking for someone with enthusiasm for data and a desire to grow in a dynamic environment, particularly within our Data, AI, and Governance team 😎.

On a typical day, you will:

  • Collaborate with teams and clients to assess data requirements and identify areas for improvement using data analysis.
  • Assist in developing and implementing data solutions, including ETL flows and data architectures, using Microsoft technologies like Microsoft Fabric, Azure Data Factory and Synapse Analytics.
  • Translate business requirements into technical data models, ensuring the solutions meet quality and performance standards.
  • Create interactive dashboards and reports to effectively communicate insights to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Provide ongoing training and support to end-users, ensuring the successful adoption of BI solutions.
  • Document technical processes and provide support for maintaining and improving data solutions.

CLT: R$ 6.000,00 to R$ 8.000,00
