Working Location:
Hybrid: The job requires reporting to the Fort Wayne, IN office 3-4 days a week, with the option to work remotely the remaining working days.

Description:
DOXA is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Corporate Paralegal to provide comprehensive support to our General Counsel. The ideal candidate will be experienced in managing multiple areas of legal support, handling corporate governance, and assisting with e-discovery and other legal processes. You will play a key role in supporting the legal department, ensuring compliance, and facilitating smooth governance operations.
Key Responsibilities:
· Maintain and organize minute books for corporate governance meetings, including Board of Directors and committee meetings.
· Prepare and manage documentation for corporate governance, including meeting notices, agendas, resolutions, and minutes.
· Conduct legal research and assist with the preparation of legal documents, contracts, and reports.
· Support e-discovery processes, managing legal holds and coordinating with external legal teams and vendors as needed.
· Assist in preparing filings and documentation for regulatory compliance, including state filings and corporate registrations.
· Maintain corporate records and assist in compliance with legal obligations.
· Liaise with internal teams, executives, and external legal counsel on various legal matters.
· Assist in contract management, including review, drafting, and organizing agreements.
· Perform other legal administrative duties and projects as required to support the General Counsel.
· Paralegal certification or equivalent experience is required.
· Bachelor’s degree preferred, but not required.
· 5+ years of experience as a paralegal, ideally in a corporate or law firm environment.
· Experience with corporate governance, including maintaining minute books and preparing governance documents.
· Proficiency in e-discovery tools and procedures.
· Exceptional organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks with attention to detail.
· Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
· Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
· Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and legal research platforms.
