Description

We are hinging for a Partnership Integration Manager.  The Partnership Integration Manager (PIM) maintains accountability for all assigned activities to ensure the seamless integration of new partner teams, their clients and technologies into EPWA. Responsibilities include team leadership, project management, documentation, executive reporting, and delivery activities for all integration projects. This position involves working closely with firm leadership, business partners, support teams, and others to successfully integrate acquired firms. The PIM role provides support to the Partnership Integration Director, leadership within the team and will be able to maintain a high degree of grace and professionalism while managing a heavy, multi-faceted workload. This role is highly cross-functional, requiring strong relational skills and a solid ability to align diverse teams toward a common goal. You will join a team of dynamic, collaborative, and client-focused professionals who are focused on delivering on our founding core values: Integrity, Entrepreneurial, Inclusion and Connection.

 

Salary Range: $82,500 - $107,500 plus annual bonus

 

Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Provide “concierge” service to new teams, exhibiting relational maturity and responsiveness.  
  • Manage and document all project related tasks and timelines through activities in EP’s project management software.
  • Manage project communication and coordination, working with internal departments and custodial partners to complete integration related action items within agreed upon timelines.
  • Identify, assess, and resolve complex business problems/escalations and provide alternative recommendations for atypical business scenarios.
  • Assist with acquired team and executive reporting efforts.
  • Coordinate database integrations as assigned (data transfer, portfolio management, CRM).
  • Provide leadership to team members, training and delegating issues as appropriate.
  • Develop and evolve efficient methods to enhance the integration process for all parties.
  • Schedule and participate in integration team projects, calls and meetings.
  • Maintain operational knowledge of EPWA as the company evolves.
Qualifications

Knowledge, Skills & Abilities

  • Bachelor’s degree with a concentration in Business, Finance, Economics, or related field preferred.
  • Minimum two years financial services operations or project management experience required.
  • Proven leadership ability and exceptional organizational skills required.
  • Strong initiative, teamwork and attention to detail are essential with the ability to prioritize and shift priorities instantaneously.
  • Demonstrates excellent oral, written and interpersonal communication and presentation skills.
  • Good computer skills working with Microsoft Office Suite and a willingness learn firm technologies.

Work Environment

  • Occasional travel required
