Startup Ecosystem Development: Competitive Proposals Associate at StartupBlink

This job will allow you to develop critical expertise and career skills, and work with impressive clients and partners.

Your Role:

You will be helping us in writing analysis and consulting reports and projects, doing research, and conducting outreach interviews that have to do with startup ecosystems and economic development. Also, you will be helping us to write, follow up, and apply for tender projects.

Experience and skills:

• Track record of writing and winning competitive proposals/bids related to startups, entrepreneurship, innovation and ecosystem development
• Extensive experience in applying for, preparing, and managing EU-funded projects.
• Proven ability to build strategic partnerships and form effective consortiums to collaborate on complex projects and secure funding opportunities.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, with experience preparing detailed reports and presentations.
• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment with occasional after-hours deadlines.
• Knowledge of startup ecosystems, venture capital, and economic development strategies.

• Please note that a full command of English at a professional level is a critical requirement for this role. Spanish, French, or Portuguese are a bonus.
• Strong understanding and interest in startups, corporate innovation programs, and startup ecosystems and their stakeholders.
• You have demonstrated the ability to think strategically about economic growth and development, with the capacity to develop and propose actionable, impactful strategies.

The process and conditions

• The starting monthly salary will range depending on experience and skills and will grow as you help the company achieve its goals.
• There will be initial filtering questions, or test tasks, and several interviews so you can get to know our team in the process.
• This contract includes 26 days a year of paid vacation.
