Position Overview:
Full remote position from any country +/- 2h from CET timezone

The Campaign Strategy and Performance Manager is responsible for overseeing the end-to-end process of campaign planning, execution, and performance analysis. This role requires a strategic thinker with strong project management skills and a keen understanding of data-driven marketing. The manager will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to ensure campaigns are aligned with business goals, executed efficiently, and provide valuable insights for future planning.


Key Responsibilities:


1. Campaign Calendar Ownership:

  • Operations: Envision and set up the right processes and documentation for campaign calendar management.
  • Strategy: Decide on the glocal calendar of campaigns and the types of creatives to be produced, combining (a) brand team input, (b) performance team input, and (c) performance analytics. Brief the brand team accordingly for them to develop the campaigns.
  • Qualitative KR: Visibility/Rationale. Marketing and Sales Team feel they have good visibility on our campaign calendar and understand the rationales behind it.


2. Campaigns project management:

  • Project management: Project manage the execution of campaigns, ensuring in-time execution, closely collaborating across marketing teams.
  • Qualitative KR: Smooth execution. All stakeholders acknowledge plans are executed smoothly and in-time


3. Project Management:

  • Data: Ensure the right automated monitoring/reporting is in place, closely collaborating with the analytics team and the performance team.
  • Insights: Lead the efforts in turning performance data into insights that can be fed back into the campaign calendar strategy, hence future briefs to the brand team.
  • Qualitative KR: Accessibility & Insightfulness. All stakeholders feel they have an easy access to data/insights and have a clear understanding of them and how they will inform our future plans


Quantitative KRs of the role:

  • All markets: Volume of bookings of trial classes & CAC
  • Tier-1 markets: Brand Awareness & Brand Consideration
