Position Overview:
  • We are seeking an experienced Senior IT Project Manager to oversee large-scale infrastructure projects and manage the delivery of IT solutions for insurance projects.
  • The ideal consultant will have a strong background in program management, infrastructure, and IT project delivery with at least 10+ years of relevant experience.

Responsibilities:
  • Lead and manage complex IT programs with a focus on infrastructure.
  • Develop and execute project plans, ensuring successful delivery of the project on time, within scope, and within budget.
  • Establish project objectives, milestones, and deliverables, and manage project timelines, resources, and budgets.
  • Communicate regularly with stakeholders, including business leaders, technical teams, and project sponsors, to ensure alignment on project goals and priorities.
  • Identify and manage project risks and issues, proactively addressing them to ensure successful delivery.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders, vendors, and third-party service providers.
  • Provide leadership and guidance to project teams, ensuring they have the necessary resources, tools, and support to deliver projects successfully.

Required Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • 10+ years of experience in program management.
  • Experience managing large-scale projects, including managing budgets, timelines, and resources.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills, with the ability to build relationships and influence stakeholders.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and resolve complex issues.
  • Ability to work independently, manage competing priorities, and meet deadlines.
  • Experience with Agile and Waterfall methodologies.
  • Advanced proficiency with project management tools, such as Microsoft Project, Excel, Jira, and Confluence.
  • Experience in the insurance industry is a plus.
  • PMP or other project management certifications are a plus.
  • Broad technical view of all infrastructure, network, telco, servers Plan Projects.
  • Experience with relocations would be a plus.
