Cloud and SysOps System Administrator

As a cloud computing application architect, you know how to build a cloud-based technical architecture that meets client needs and takes advantage of cloud capabilities. What if you could use your cloud architecture skills to improve healthcare? We need you to help us develop cloud-based solutions for some of the government’s toughest challenges.
On our team, you’ll be responsible for managing, using, and operating systems on the AWS platform and the GCP platform. You'll use EC2, RDS, CloudWatch, CloudFormation, SNS, Route53, and Backup. You'll be responsible for Windows Server Administration and Linux Server Administration.

You Have:
1+ years of experience with AWS cloud management and administration
1+ years of experience with EC2, RDS, CloudWatch, CloudFormation, SNS, Route53, or Backup
Experience with Microsoft Windows or Linux Server Administration
Experience with troubleshooting web-based application issues
Experience with Web Hosting
Ability to obtain a Secret clearance
HS diploma or GED
Nice If You Have:
Experience with scripting and automation
Experience with remediating security vulnerabilities
Experience with Windows Internet Information Services administration
Knowledge of Computer Systems Validation principles, including IQ, OQ, or PQ
Knowledge of network fundamentals, including DNS, subnetting, firewalls, IP addressing, or CIDR
AWS Certification
Microsoft Certified Systems Administrator Certification
Clearance:

Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual’s particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $96,600.00 to $220,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen’s total compensation package for employees.
