We're looking for a Client Success Manager with strong expertise in Google Cloud technology to join our team. This role focuses on guiding clients through every stage of their journey, ensuring successful outcomes and long-term satisfaction.

Base Salary: $65,000 - $75,000 (plus commission plan)

Key Responsibilities

  • Client Relations: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring ongoing success and satisfaction.
  • Solution Strategy: Partner with clients to design tailored Google Cloud solutions that align with their business goals.
  • Sales: Utilize your deep knowledge of Google Workspace to drive sales, upsells, and service expansions.
  • Training and Support: Provide training on Google Workspace features and offer continued support to address any challenges.
  • Feedback Loop: Represent client needs within the organization, ensuring continuous improvement in products and services.

Requirements

  • Certification: Google Workspace Admin Engineer Certification.
  • Experience: At least 3 years of experience selling Google Workspace solutions.
  • Technical Skills: Strong grasp of Google Workspace, with the ability to design, implement, and troubleshoot advanced configurations.
  • Communication: Excellent communication skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts to a variety of audiences.
  • Customer Focus: Proven track record of managing and nurturing client relationships to drive satisfaction and success.

The annualized base salary for this role will range between $38,700 and $81,000.  Base compensation is reflective of many factors, including, but not limited to, the market in which one lives/works, individual education level, skills, certifications and experience. Note: variable compensation is not reflected in these figures and based on the role, may be applicable.
