Job Overview

Join our dynamic team as a Customer Success Director and lead a talented group of Customer Success Managers in a remote work environment. You will be instrumental in ensuring that our clients maximize the value of our cutting-edge product lifecycle management (PLM) solutions, enhancing their experience and driving their business success.

Key Responsibilities

  • Take comprehensive ownership of customer renewals within your designated region, ensuring a high rate of successful renewals.
  • Champion customer adoption by guiding clients on how to effectively leverage our PLM platform to achieve their strategic objectives.
  • Proactively identify and cultivate opportunities to deepen relationships with existing customers, fostering increased engagement with our solutions.
  • Lead and inspire a high-performing team of Customer Success Managers through development, coaching, and mentorship.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the delivery of an exceptional customer experience across all touchpoints.
