If you’re passionate about the law and enjoy administrative work, you’ll thrive as a Virtual Executive Assistant with our client’s firm.

As a Virtual Executive Assistant, you’ll manage various administrative and organizational tasks that will streamline operations and contribute to business development initiatives. You’ll work closely with the firm’s owner to ensure smooth day-to-day operations while having the opportunity to grow within the firm.

What You’ll Do:

  • System & SOP Creation: Develop and implement systems and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to enhance efficiency.
  • Email Management: Manage the email inbox backlog by creating folders, filters, and templates, utilizing Hubspot for optimized email organization.
  • Social Media Engagement: Engage in social media networking, respond to messages, and manage online interactions.
  • Data Entry: Perform data entry tasks as required to keep records accurate and up-to-date.
  • CRM & Task Management: Assist with Lawmatix CRM and task management, ensuring effective client and case tracking.
  • Client Surveys: Establish and manage client surveys to gather feedback and enhance service quality.
  • Referral Partner Support: Build and maintain strong relationships with referral partners, assisting with communication and follow-ups.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience as an executive assistant, preferably in the Legal Industry
  • Organizational Skills: Obsessively organized with meticulous attention to detail.

  • Communication Skills: A positive mindset with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • CRM Expertise.
  • Tech-Savvy: A fast learner who can quickly grasp new concepts and technologies.
  • Confidentiality: Discreet and capable of maintaining strict confidentiality in legal matters.
  • Bonus Points: Legal experience, especially in estate planning or business law, is a plus.
