Senior Portfolio and Product Manager- Cardiovascular Product Launch

The Sr. PM will oversee multiple interdependent projects within the broader hospital-focused initiative, coordinating the creation of GTM plans and field execution strategies. They will collaborate across functions, ensuring that all necessary training, materials, and processes are ready for the successful rollout of this initiative. The role demands both strategic and tactical expertise, particularly in commercial or medical launch readiness. The project is set to begin in October 2024, with an initial duration of at least 12 months, ending in September 2025.


Key Deliverables

• Q4 2024:
  • Create a launch project charter with clear objectives, cross functional representation, and critical milestones charting out cadence of meetings and sponsor touch points
  • Develop draft launch project plan across functions with identification of critical interdependencies and functional gap assessment
  • Launch and manage weekly to bi-weekly charter touch points, including creating agendas and documenting critical forward actions (continues throughout duration of project)
  • Outline critical organizational talking points and communication plan to be leveraged for project planning and organizational dissemination (aligned to draft milestones).
  • Create strategic project plan updates for leadership and critical stakeholders across the organization to ensure alignment to project goals
