Job Summary: Key Responsibilities: • Endpoint Management: Deploy, configure, and manage endpoint devices using SCCM. • Software Deployment: Plan and execute software deployments, updates, and patches. • Device Support: Provide technical support for client devices, including desktops, laptops, and mobile devices. • Security Compliance: Ensure endpoint devices comply with security policies and standards. • Troubleshooting: Diagnose and resolve hardware and software issues on endpoint devices. • Documentation: Maintain accurate documentation of configurations, processes, and procedures. • Collaboration: Work closely with other IT teams to ensure seamless integration and support of endpoint devices.
Qualifications: • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. • Experience: Minimum of 3 years of experience in endpoint management and support. • Technical Skills: o Proficiency in SCCM (Intune a plus). o Strong knowledge of Windows operating systems. o Familiarity with network protocols and troubleshooting.

Preferred Qualifications: • Certifications such as Microsoft Certified: Modern Desktop Administrator Associate or similar. • Experience with scripting and automation tools (e.g., PowerShell).
