As the Vice President of Marketing and Partnerships, you’ll lead the Marketing, Strategic Partnerships, Payment Processing, and Channel Sales teams to include digital commerce/self-service programs. You’ll drive revenue growth by supporting the company’s new business growth strategies within its vertical markets, cross-selling, up-selling, and growing our new and emerging solutions and services. You’ll ensure both near-term and long-term strategies and partnerships are optimized for the growth and sustainability of ACST.  


What You’ll Do:

  • Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies that align with ACST’s mission, vision, and values, enduring initiatives are optimized to deliver measurable results and maximize ROI.

  • Ensure product marketing strategies, positioning, and messaging resonate with target audiences and reflect ACST’s core values.

  • Lead best-in-class lead generation initiatives across key marketing channels, driving defined growth objectives. 

  • Oversee the analysis and reporting of marketing performance metrics, continuously optimizing campaigns for maximum ROI.

  • Identify and evaluate high-potential, revenue-driven corporate partnerships, ensuring new opportunities are viable and strategically aligned. 

  • Oversee the thorough vetting of all partnership contracts, balancing near-term opportunities with long-term strategic value to foster sustainable relationships.

  • Drive revenue growth and ensure strong ROI through effective marketing investments and partnerships.

  • Nurture relationships with existing clients and partners, maintaining strong connections to support long-term success.

  • Regularly assess partnerships against market trends, identify new opportunities and enhancing relationships and reputation.

  • Ensure mutually beneficial dynamics with corporate partners, fostering win-win relationships.

  • Expand influence and relationships within the market, maintaining a deep understanding of client needs and growth opportunities.

  • Leverage market knowledge and industry experience to define strategies that drive positive business outcomes.

  • Collaborate effectively across all business functions, ensuring alignment and synergy between teams.

  • Stay up-to-date on the latest marketing tools, systems, and strategies, ensuring optimal resource utilization and performance outcomes.


What We’re Looking For:

  • Minimum of ten years of Marketing leadership experience.  Must have demonstrated leadership experience and business acumen at the executive level.  Must have proven experience leading company marketing strategy and teams. 

  • Proven results in growing revenue via indirect sales and digital sales efforts.

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field (Master's degree a plus).  Experience with contract negotiations and partnership relations is required. 

  • Demonstrated experience and success with both vertical and channel marketing is preferred.  

  • Excellent leadership and team management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate others.

  • Exceptional communication, interpersonal, collaboration, and presentation skills are a must.

  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and derive actionable insights.

  • Ability to demonstrate a commitment to the company's mission, vision, and values, with a passion for serving churches and our target audiences.
