Job description

As a Digital Account Coordinator, you will play a pivotal role in supporting our digital team in planning, executing and monitoring digital marketing campaigns. This position offers a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in the fast-paced world of digital marketing, working closely with clients and internal teams to ensure the successful delivery of campaigns.

Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Client Communication: Serve as a point of contact for assigned clients for both internal and external stakeholders, maintaining regular communication to project manage all aspects of digital campaigns.
  • Project Management: Coordinate tasks and deadlines across multiple campaigns simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to client expectations. This involves gathering assets and requirements for campaign creation and changes.
  • Campaign Execution: Assist in the implementation and optimization of digital marketing initiatives across various channels, including but not limited to social media, paid search, display advertising, seo and ABM.
  • Data Analysis: Monitor campaign progress, budgets and timelines to ensure client’s campaigns are successful and on schedule.
  • Creative Collaboration: Work closely with our creative and content teams to develop engaging digital assets and ad copy that align with client objectives and brand guidelines.
  • Quality Assurance: Conduct thorough QA checks on campaign assets and materials to ensure accuracy, functionality, and alignment with client specifications.


Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communications, or a related field.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to effectively interact with clients and internal teams.
  • Detail-oriented mindset with excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and draw actionable insights.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Familiarity with digital marketing platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, or similar tools is a plus.
  • 1 - 2 years relevant work experience in digital marketing or account management is preferred.

The following compensation information is a good faith estimate and is provided in accordance with applicable state laws. The base salary generally ranges between $60,000-65,000/year. This range is an estimate based on an applicant’s skills, experience, and training.
