Job Description
The candidate will have to answer phone calls from customers in case they have any questions about their billing, regulations, payments, or the functioning of the application, directing them, if necessary, to the appropriate department.
This vacancy needs a service-minded candidate, with a helpful, friendly, and positive attitude, with clarity in their explanation of processes and steps for the Nutiliti application.
The candidate must have advanced English as an indispensable characteristic.
Experience of one year or more in the Customer Service area.
There is a possibility of growth in the company depending on performance.
The dealings are direct with the customer and their functions will focus on answering phone calls, text messages, emails, or voice notes left in the mailbox of the Nutiliti application.
The training would be provided by our client and the Nutiliti team in our offices as support and/or support that the selected candidate needs
