The Senior Business Development is responsible for driving high-level client acquisition and maintaining key relationships within the healthcare staffing industry. This role requires an experienced sales professional who will lead business development efforts, identify new opportunities, and strategically present recruitment solutions to healthcare organizations. The Senior Consultant will collaborate closely with internal teams to ensure the seamless execution of client projects while representing the company at client meetings, industry events, and conferences.
