As a Solutions Consultant, you will be pivotal in assisting key decision-makers in comprehending how our solutions can generate engaging and impactful experiences. You will collaborate closely with federal government agencies to address their unique needs and provide transformative solutions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with sales account executives to effectively present and position our Creative Cloud and Document Cloud solutions to federal government agencies.
  • Spearhead and manage the technical sales process, including:
    • Gaining insight into customer missions and initiatives through discovery.
    • Delivering compelling presentations, both in-person and virtually.
    • Innovating and crafting solutions utilizing our software applications.
    • Facilitating solution demonstrations and conducting proof-of-concept evaluations.
    • Providing technical validation and support for government requests.
    • Staying informed about emerging creative technologies.
Required Skills

  • Over 7 years of experience in design, multimedia, or a pre-sales capacity.
  • Recent experience with Adobe Creative Cloud applications, particularly Photoshop, Premiere, and Acrobat, with familiarity in Adobe Express, Firefly, After Effects, InDesign, Experience Design, Illustrator, Lightroom, Captivate, Dreamweaver, and Rush being advantageous.
  • Experience working with or within government agencies is preferred.
  • Outstanding presentation and storytelling capabilities.
  • Experience in 3D design or animation is an asset.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects concurrently and experience in training and user experience design.
  • A strong passion for delivering creative design experiences to government entities.
  • Knowledge of government agency security infrastructure and enterprise software packaging and deployments.
  • Willingness to travel up to 30%.

Compensation And Benefits

We offer competitive compensation reflective of labor costs across various U.S. geographic markets. The annual salary range for this position is \(148,600 - \)229,600, which may vary based on location and job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Specific details will be provided by your recruiter during the hiring process.

For sales roles, initial salaries are presented as total target compensation (base + commission), supplemented by short-term incentives through sales commission plans. Non-sales roles have base salaries with short-term incentives via the Annual Incentive Plan (AIP). Some positions may also qualify for long-term incentives, such as new hire equity awards.
