Job Overview

We are excited to announce an opportunity for a Senior Full Charge Bookkeeper to join our esteemed team. In this pivotal role, you will play a vital role in ensuring the accuracy of financial records for our diverse clientele. Your expertise will be instrumental in generating and reconciling month-end financial reports, overseeing fellow bookkeepers, and maintaining the integrity of our clients' accounts. Key Responsibilities

  • Maintain and analyze financial records, including balance sheets and general ledger accounts for a diverse clientele.
  • Produce and reconcile monthly financial statements for clients, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
  • Supervise and mentor a team of bookkeepers, fostering a culture of excellence and accountability.
  • Reconcile accounts receivable, accounts payable, and payroll across client accounts.
  • Prepare and file sales taxes and other relevant taxes on behalf of clients.
  • Collaborate on special projects and initiatives as they arise, contributing to the team's overall success.

Required Skills

Our ideal candidate will possess:

  • A minimum of 5 years of bookkeeping experience, demonstrating a strong foundation in financial management.
  • Proficiency in QuickBooks Online, with at least 3-5 years of practical experience.
  • Advanced skills in MS Excel, alongside familiarity with MS Outlook and MS Word.
  • The ability to juggle multiple client accounts while meeting tight deadlines effectively.
