Key Responsibilities

• Oversee the complete lifecycle of real estate transactions, ensuring adherence to all deadlines and requirements.

Required Skills

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school.
• Admission to the state bar and in good standing.
• A minimum of 7 years of experience in commercial real estate law, concentrating on large loan financing and title and survey work.
• Proven expertise in managing complex real estate transactions and delivering innovative legal solutions.
• Strong knowledge of real estate financing mechanisms, including debt and equity structures.
