Key Responsibilities

  • Provide support in a range of HR functions, encompassing compensation and benefits programs, employee life cycle management, and the implementation of policies.
  • Address employment-related inquiries with discretion and confidentiality.
  • Ensure compliance with employment regulations while reviewing HR policies and procedures.
  • Assist in onboarding processes, employee recognition initiatives, and management of employee leave policies.
  • Serve as a backup for biweekly payroll processing, managing electronic payroll systems and HRIS platforms.
  • Compile and analyze data to create reports and presentations that support informed decision-making.
  • Cultivate a positive work atmosphere that champions belonging, dignity, and justice.

Required Skills

  • Excellent written and verbal communication abilities, with a talent for collaboration with diverse teams.
  • Proficiency in payroll systems and HRIS platforms (preferably within a Mac environment).
  • Exceptional attention to detail and strong judgment in problem-solving scenarios.

Qualifications

  • A minimum of 4 years of HR experience or a bachelor's degree in a business-related field combined with at least 2 years of HR experience.
