Multinational Biopharmaceuticals company is seeking to add a Financial Analyst to the team!
Job Description
Support ongoing budget management and planning activities, including support for the purchase order requisition and invoice management process. Specific activities will include:
- Complete and manage the PO process, which includes opening requisitions and tracking invoices.
- Collaborate with budget management as well as department leaders to develop quarterly and annual targets based on strategic priorities.
- Engage with team members to measure spend against target on an ongoing basis, highlighting potential deviations from target to the budget manager.
- Support the budget manager in developing view for quarter and year-end accruals.
- Maintain budgeting tools and drive continuous improvement within budget management process.
- Serve as a point of contact regarding budget questions/issues from team members.
Qualifications: Hard Skills
- Bachelors degree with 1-2 years as a Financial Analyst experience.
- Budgeting, Forecasting, Financial Analysis experience.
- Advanced Excel experience, working with large data sets and using functions V-Look Up/ Pivot Tables.
