Key Responsibilities

• Provide engaging online instruction to individual learners or small groups.
• Acquaint yourself with language-learning modules, enhancing provided materials with supplementary resources tailored to meet learners' specific needs and interests.
• Design and adapt instructional materials based on learners' requirements when necessary (e.g., math tutoring).
• Log all instructional sessions, assignments, and track learners' advancement meticulously.
• Communicate progress updates and reports to authorized team members regularly.
• Deliver outstanding educational experiences and outcomes for each learner.
• Monitor student engagement, motivation, and development proactively.
• Ensure clear, timely communication with learners, parents/guardians, and colleagues in a service-oriented manner.
• Uphold professionalism with strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
