Key Responsibilities

  • Facilitate customer interactions by processing transactions and introducing them to our digital banking solutions.

  • Collaborate closely with management and demonstrate sound judgment in accordance with established guidelines.
  • Build and sustain relationships with customers, exhibiting care and professionalism in all interactions.
  • Identify and fulfill customer needs by providing pertinent information and services.

  • Proven customer service skills, especially in handling complex transactions.

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 6 months of experience in customer interaction, or equivalent through work, training, military service, or education.
  • Preferred: Experience in cash handling.
