Job description

Resource Readiness Controller Training Manager

Key Role:

Provide analytical, advisory, management, technical, and functional support to accomplish all assigned tasks and subtasks. Serve as the principal advisor to the organization commander on all issues related to training readiness and execution. Plan, schedule, and ensure the execution and training readiness of aircrew and ground training requirements for all Squadron-assigned personnel. Maintain responsibility for leading the development of new curriculum and syllabi for aircrew and ground training for assigned personnel. Monitor and maintain unit deployment readiness statistics and implement deployment readiness guidance.

Basic Qualifications:  

  • Experience with computer-based training and learning management systems, such as PEX

  • Experience with DoD administrative and record management or program support

  • Experience managing personnel trainings

  • Experience with using Microsoft SharePoint

  • Ability to travel internationally up to 25% of the time

  • Secret clearance

  • HS diploma or GED

Additional Qualifications:  

  • Experience as a Unit Training Manger in an Air Force flying unit

  • Experience in working with Air Force record management systems

  • Experience with working in a DoD operational flying unit

  • Experience with High Altitude ISR

  • Possession of excellent verbal and written communication skills

  • Bachelor’s degree

Clearance:

Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual’s particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $60,400.00 to $137,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen’s total compensation package for employees. This posting will close within 90 days from the Posting Date.
