Job Title: Remote Sales Development Representative (100% Work From Home)


Location: Remote from Latin America


Position Type: Full-time


Salary: $2,000 USD/month base + uncapped commissions (read commission structure below)


Schedule: Monday to Friday, 40hrs per week Pacific Time

Job Overview:

Our client is a SaaS data company that empowers website owners with valuable visitor identity insights. Their platform enables website owners to access visitor identity information, even when customers visit their websites without purchasing or submitting a form. Data serves as the foundation that propels their teams' innovative strategies and drives overall success. They're seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join their expanding team. As an SDR, you will play a crucial role in the growth and success of the company by identifying and engaging with potential customers, generating leads, and nurturing relationships to ultimately drive sales revenue.



Responsibilities:

  • Reporting and Documentation:
  • Maintain accurate records of all prospect interactions and activities in the CRM system.
  • Provide regular reports on lead generation and conversion metrics.
  • Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to optimize strategies based on data insights.
  • Prospecting and Lead Generation:
  • Conduct research to identify potential leads and target accounts.
  • Utilize various tools and techniques to source new leads.
  • Create and maintain a robust pipeline of qualified leads.
  • Outreach and Engagement:
  • Initiate contact with prospects through phone calls, emails, and social media.
  • Craft compelling and personalized messages to capture prospects' attention.
  • Schedule and coordinate appointments and product demonstrations for the sales team.
  • Qualification:
  • Conduct thorough qualification of leads to assess their fit for our products and services.
  • Identify key decision-makers within target organizations.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to ensure a smooth transition of qualified leads.
  • Sales Collateral and Communication:
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of company products and services.
  • Effectively communicate product benefits and value propositions to prospects.
  • Share relevant marketing materials and resources with leads.
  • Lead Nurturing:
  • Develop and nurture relationships with leads through ongoing communication.
  • Monitor and track prospect interactions and engagements.
  • Implement lead nurturing strategies to move leads through the sales funnel.


Qualifications, Skills and Key Competencies:

  • 2+ years of experience in Sales Development or a similar role in the e-commerce or SaaS industry is preferred.
  • Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or related field preferred.
  • Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking abilities.
  • Goal-oriented and results-driven mindset.
  • Familiarity with CRM software and sales tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, Outreach).
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.


Other Benefits:

Commissions: You are eligible for both a fixed bonus for each active trial secured following a qualified demo from your booking, and a percentage commission based on the first paid and completed month of service for each of your trial clients who become paying customers. Variable pay is calculated after each calendar month and paid on the 15th of the following month.:

  • Trial bonus: You will earn $30 for every activated trial resulting from a qualified demo you book, after the demo has taken place. Your target is to secure 60 active trials per month.
  • Commission: For all your trials that convert to paid clients, you will earn 5% of the client's first monthly fee, once their payment is made and service for the month is complete. Note that client tiers range from $250 to over $9,000 per month.
  • Examples: The following is for illustration only. There is no minimum or cap on your variable pay.
  • Below target: If you were to reach 50 active trials in a month, with half of those trials becoming full customers at an average tier price of $600, your commission would be calculated as ((50 x $30) + (5% x 25 x $600)) = $2,250, and your total earnings for the month would be $4,250 (with base of $2000).
  • Above target: If you were to reach 70 active trials in a month, with 60% of those trials becoming full customers at an average tier price of $900, your commission would be calculated as ((70 x $30) + (5% x 42 x $900)) = $3,990, and your total earnings for the month would be $5,990 (with base of $2000).


More information:

This position is 100% remote, you can work from home or from the beach; wherever you happen to be as long as your output is meeting expectations. Communication with the team will happen primarily in Slack, HubSpot, Google Drive, and email.
