Position Description

As a Salesforce Developer, you'll manage and enhance our Salesforce environment, working closely with various teams to understand their needs and implement effective solutions. You'll also provide ongoing support to ensure optimal utilization of Salesforce across the organization. This position reports to the Salesforce Manager and is based in our Pune office. The interview process consists of two rounds: the first with a panel including the Salesforce Manager and a Salesforce Developer, followed by a second round with the Associate Director of Sales and Marketing Operations.

  • Manage and maintain on / off-boarding users (user accounts, profiles, roles, and permissions).
  • Create and maintain reports, dashboards, and data validation rules.
  • Perform regular data quality checks and ensure data integrity.
  • Configure Salesforce applications to meet business requirements.
  • Design, develop, and implement custom Salesforce applications and features using Apex, Visualforce, and Lightning components.
  • Work with APIs to integrate Salesforce with other systems.
  • Develop and maintain custom workflows, triggers, and process builders.
  • Provide training and support to end-users and stakeholders.
  • Create user documentation and training materials.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to the Salesforce platform.
  • Work closely with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
  • Participate in project planning and implementation to enhance Salesforce capabilities.
Requirements:

Requirements

  • Experience - 3 to 6 years.
  • Salesforce Administrator Certification (ADM 201) required; Salesforce Developer Certification (DEV 401 or equivalent) preferred.
  • Proven experience as a Salesforce Administrator and Developer.
  • Experience with SOX Compliance and User Access Reviews is a plus.
  • Strong knowledge of Salesforce best practices, data model, and architecture.
  • Proficiency in Apex, Visualforce, Lightning, and SOQL/SOSL.
  • Experience with Salesforce integration tools (e.g., MuleSoft, Pardot, Qualtrics, JIRA and Salesforce Integration).
  • Prior Ad Tech industry experience is a plus.
  • Strong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
  • A self-starter who can be proactive in determining the needs of the Salesforce instance, and executing with relative autonomy.
