Key Responsibilities

• Offer expert legal counsel and representation in family law matters, including divorce, custody, and support.
• Manage a varied caseload, ensuring prompt and effective resolution of legal challenges.
• Conduct thorough legal research and prepare comprehensive legal documents.
• Represent clients in court, negotiations, and mediation sessions.
• Collaborate with colleagues and support staff for efficient case management.

Required Skills

• Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.
• Minimum of 3 years of legal experience, primarily in family law.
• Demonstrated litigation and trial experience.
• Active member in good standing with the State Bar of California.
• Proven ability in representing clients in complex family law cases.
• Strong research, writing, negotiation, and mediation skills.
  
  

Qualifications

• Certification as a Family Law Specialist by the State Bar of California Board of Legal Specialization is preferred.

Compensation And Benefits

• Competitive salary range of \(200,000 - \)250,000 per year.
