Job description

Patrique Mercier Recruitment PT is delighted to present a unique opportunity for a Polish-Speaking Customer Support Representative in the jewelry manufacturing industry. This remote role based in Greece allows you to combine a passion for customer service with the elegance of the jewelry sector.

In this position, you will be responsible for assisting Polish-speaking clients by addressing inquiries, providing detailed information about our jewelry products, and resolving any issues they may encounter. Responsibilities
  • Deliver exceptional customer support to Polish-speaking clients through various channels, including phone, email, and chat.
  • Swiftly address and resolve customer inquiries related to jewelry products and services.
  • Maintain a comprehensive understanding of our jewelry offerings to provide accurate and helpful information.
  • Document customer interactions to aid in identifying trends and areas for improvement.
  • Collaborate with team members to enhance the overall customer experience.
  • Participate in ongoing training to stay updated on product features and best practices in customer support.

Requirements

  • Fluent in Polish (both spoken and written) with excellent communication skills.
  • Proficient in English, both written and spoken.
  • Experience in customer support, particularly in the manufacturing or jewelry sectors, is a plus.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities focused on customer satisfaction.
  • Friendly and professional demeanor that fosters positive customer relationships.
  • Ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced remote work environment.
