Requirements

  • Fluent in German (both spoken and written) with exceptional communication skills.
  • Proficient in English, both written and spoken.
  • Previous experience in customer support, particularly in the software industry, is preferred.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities focused on ensuring customer satisfaction.
  • A professional demeanor coupled with a friendly approach to client interactions.
