  • Document moderation actions and maintain comprehensive records of user interactions.

Requirements

  • Fluency in Danish and English, both written and spoken.
  • Strong grasp of social media platforms and their community regulations.
  • Engaging communication skills with a passion for customer interaction.
  • Meticulous attention to detail and effective analytical thinking.
  • A team player who can also take initiative and work independently.
  • Previous experience in content moderation or customer service is a plus.
