JOB DESCRIPTION 

We are looking for a data-driven "Digital Marketing and Operations Assistant" with a result-oriented mindset, attention to detail, and a well-rounded personality to become part of our booming Growth team in Athens. Your role will focus on connecting with target audiences, and the platform’s suppliers to achieve business objectives through digital means. 

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • Crafting and managing high-quality content & material for the organization's website, social media, and blog
  • Running conversion-focused campaigns using various channels and tools such as Google Ads, Meta Ads, Email/SMS marketing, and CRM campaigns
  • Coordinating with the Growth team to resolve suppliers’ issues effectively
  • Staying up-to-date on competition in order to target and positively impact campaign responsiveness, conversion rates, and revenue
  • Monitoring and analyzing campaigns’ and suppliers' strategic KPIs to propose corrective actions
  • Build and maintain a trustworthy relationship with suppliers by assisting them with their inquiries

Requirements

  • 2 years of relevant working experience in Digital Marketing preferably within a tech environment
  • Experience in marketing technology, content & material creation, and automation platforms, e.g. Google Ads, Google Analytics, Looker Studio, WordPress & Canva
  • High level of discipline and a strong sense of accountability accompanied by professional communication skills
  • Ability to work with cross-functional teams and collaborate effectively under Agile principles
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Communications, or similar fields should be a plus
