Job Opportunity: Dutch Speaker Technical Support Specialist (Work from Home in Greece)

Are you a Dutch speaker with a passion for providing exceptional technical support? We are seeking a Technical Support Specialist to join our team and assist customers from the comfort of your home in Greece. This position offers a dynamic working environment supporting a range of digital products and applications.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Respond to inquiries related to digital products, applications, and electromobility through inbound calls, emails, and chats.
  • Provide technical support for consumer products, emphasizing a seamless and personalized customer journey.
  • Address inquiries regarding Audi Connect digital services, including remote car functions and charging inquiries via the app.
  • Deliver outstanding customer service and technical support for Windows and Office products, including downloading, installation, activation, and updates.
  • Conduct road assistance and troubleshoot issues related to trucks and buses.
  • Utilize CRM systems and various digital tools to resolve customer inquiries efficiently.

Qualifications:

  • Verbal and written fluency in Dutch (C2) and English (B2-C1).
  • At least one year of experience in customer care or technical support, preferably in the technology field.
  • Familiarity with Windows and OSX file systems and the ability to troubleshoot PC, MAC, and Mobile issues.
  • Advanced knowledge of MAC, iOS, and Android operating systems.
  • Ability to maintain professionalism in communication and demonstrate empathy and adaptability.

Benefits:

  • Competitive salary between €1,200 and €1,500 gross, with a performance bonus between €200 and €300.
  • 13th and 14th-month salary payments.
  • Relocation package includes a flight ticket and hotel stay.
