2-4 years experience in Collections or Customer Service, Loan/mortgage industry experience preferred, Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics or related field preferred, 100% fluency in English required, Experience with Microsoft Office tools.
Key responsabilities:
- Monitor loan aging reports and identify accounts
- Contact borrowers about missed payments and provide payment details
- Engage with borrowers to address payment delinquencies
- Update loan collection portfolio and document activities
- Refer accounts to legal team for further action if necessary
