Qualifications:
3-5 years of experience in Project Management, Law firm, or relevant field, Experience in Loan/Mortgage or Legal industry preferred, Contract Management experience strongly preferred, Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Legal, Economics or related field preferred, Fluency in English with excellent communication skills.
Key responsabilities:
- Develop communications, policies, procedures, forms and reporting for Legal departments
- Attend Asset Resolution meetings to maintain reports
- Streamline communication, workflow, and processes for Asset Resolution and Legal teams
- Draft and implement Standard Operating Procedures and monitor SLAs companywide
- Track progress on various initiatives and perform administrative tasks as assigned
