Mission

Your mission as Sr Product Analyst Marketplace is to partner with the Marketplace team and stakeholders to analyze, design, and optimize the consumer-facing product experience for our newest and fastest-growing business line: the Marketplace. This role involves driving data-driven insights, analysis and initiatives to optimize the shopping experience, and ensure that both consumer and business needs are met effectively, while contributing to the overall product strategy

You will be responsible for deep-dive analysis of product performance, identifying opportunities for growth, improving conversion rates, enhancing consumer satisfaction, and contributing to the overall success of our Marketplace. Your insights will directly impact product decisions, and you will play a key role in shaping the future of our shopping experience.

What you will do

  • Define team KPIs and codify them into dashboards that track success

    • Identify and codify key performance indicators (KPIs) for the team.

    • Develop and deploy dashboards providing real-time visibility into team success metrics.

    • Own the data lifecycle, including standardization, nomenclature, and documentation.

    • Ensure data accuracy and reliability across all product-related activities.

  • Support the optimization of the marketplace funnel conversion rate

    • Perform detailed analysis of product funnel metrics to identify key drop-off points and opportunities for improvement.

    • Design and execute experiments to optimize conversion rates.

    • Generate actionable insights and recommendations based on data analysis to drive product enhancements.

  • Enhance consumer satisfaction through data-driven insights

    • Analyze customer feedback and support data to identify recurring issues and areas of dissatisfaction.

    • Provide data-driven recommendations for product features and improvements that enhance usability and satisfaction.

    • Monitor and report on key satisfaction metrics such as NPS, making adjustments to strategies as needed.

  • Execute and monitor the H2 2024 roadmap initiatives

  • Contribute to the strategic planning for 2025 Marketplace product roadmap

Requirements

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.

  • Ability to translate complex concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences

  • Experience working in an analytical role involving ingestion, transformation, and/or analyzing datasets

  • SQL proficiency and experience with data visualization tools (Power Bi, Tableau, etc)

  • An ownership mindset, is outcome driven, and effectively collaborates with cross-functional teams

  • English fluency
