Key responsabilities:
- Monitor loan aging reports for troubled accounts
- Contact borrowers about missed payments and outstanding amounts
- Negotiate payment plans and address delinquencies
- Update the loan collection portfolio regularly
- Refer accounts to legal team when necessary
